Background: Numerous hormonal changes and metabolic demands occur during pregnancy, resulting in complex maternal thyroid function. Thyroid disorder is the second most common endocrine found pregnancy next to diabetes group. It affects 1–2% of women reproductive age. Overt hypothyroidism complicates 0.3–0.5% pregnancies. The incidence subclinical pregnant about 2–3%. Hyperthyroidism present 0.1–0.4%. Aims Objectives: aim study was assess function test its effect on fetal outcomes.
